Aloha Water Subscriptions

What comes in each Aloha Water case?

Each case includes 24 individual 500ml cartons of Aloha Water. Customers can choose Aloha Purified Water or Aloha Plus Alkaline Water.

What subscription options are available?

We currently offer monthly, 6-month locked rate, and 12-month locked rate subscription options. All options are billed monthly.

What is the current promotional pricing?

Now through the end of the year, Aloha Purified Water is $46 monthly, $42 for the 6-month locked rate, and $40 for the 12-month locked rate. Aloha Plus Alkaline Water is $50 monthly, $48 for the 6-month locked rate, and $46 for the 12-month locked rate.

Are the 6-month and 12-month plans paid upfront?

No. Customers are billed monthly. The 6-month and 12-month options are locked-rate plans that keep the selected monthly case price during the subscription term.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Monthly subscriptions are the most flexible. The 6-month locked rate is designed for a 6-payment commitment, and the 12-month locked rate is designed for a 12-payment commitment.

Delivery & Minimum Orders

Where do you deliver?

We provide local delivery across Utah based on delivery distance and minimum order quantity. Delivery distance is calculated from the Lehi, Utah area.

What are the delivery minimums?

Delivery minimums are based on distance from Lehi, Utah: 0–20 miles requires a 1 case minimum, 21–30 miles requires a 3 case minimum, 31–40 miles requires a 5 case minimum, and 41–50 miles requires a 7 case minimum.

Is delivery free?

Free delivery is available when the minimum order quantity is met for your delivery distance. Delivery availability may vary based on schedule, route, and location.

Do you ship water by mail?

At this time, Aloha Water subscriptions are focused on local Utah delivery rather than traditional parcel shipping. Contact us if you are outside the listed delivery area.

Can businesses subscribe too?

Yes. Homes, offices, gyms, cafes, retail locations, and local businesses can subscribe or set up recurring case delivery.

Billing & Account Questions

How often am I charged?

Subscription orders are billed monthly based on the plan and case quantity selected at checkout.

Can I manage my subscription online?

Yes. Customers can manage their account and subscription through the account/subscription portal after checkout.

Can I change my quantity later?

Quantity changes may be available depending on your plan type and subscription status. If you need help adjusting your order, contact us before your next billing date.

Can pricing change?

Prices, promotions, and delivery availability may change. Locked-rate plans are designed to hold the selected promotional case price during the chosen subscription term.

Yes. Trusted Kingdom Operations LLC works with retail partners, local businesses, cafes, gyms, events, and wholesale accounts looking to offer premium Hawaii products in Utah.

What products do you distribute?

We distribute Aloha Water and NOMS Hawaiian Candy products. Our focus is bringing trusted, authentic Hawaii products to Utah customers, retailers, and local partners.

How do I become a retail partner?

Visit the Retail Partners page or contact us directly. We can discuss product fit, pricing, delivery, minimum order quantities, and pilot placement options.

Can you support events or pop-ups?

Yes. We can support select events, pop-ups, and community opportunities depending on product availability, location, and scheduling.
